The Process

Creating wedding invitations for our clients is a meticulous and personalized process that reflects the unique essence of each couple’s special day. Here’s a detailed description of the steps we follow:

  1. Client Consultation: The process begins with an email where we can understand your exact needs. We gather essential information such as the client’s preferred design, color scheme, and the number of events associated with their wedding. Additionally, we determine the quantity of cards required for each event, as well as any specific details.

  2. Embellishments and Customization: Clients have the option to add extra flair and personalization to their invitations. This may include embellishments such as vellum jackets, wax seals, ribbons, or other decorative elements.

  3. Quotation and Formalization: Based on the information gathered during the consultation, we prepare a detailed quotation that outlines the cost of materials, design, printing, and any additional services requested by the client. Once the client approves the quotation and formalizes the agreement by making a deposit, we move forward with the design phase.

  4. Design and Proofing: Our skilled design team takes the client’s preferences and specifications into account to create a wedding invitation mockup. We present the initial design to the client for review and feedback. Clients are encouraged to provide input and make any necessary revisions. We include 3 sets of revisions with all of our invitations.

  5. Finalization: After the client approves the design, we finalize all aspects of the wedding invitations.

  6. Printing: With the design locked in, we proceed to the printing phase. We use high-quality materials and printing techniques to bring the invitations to life. Clients can choose from a variety of paper stocks, printing methods, and finishes to achieve the desired result.

  7. Quality Control: Each invitation is carefully inspected to ensure it meets our rigorous quality standards.

  8. Assembly and Packaging: If the client has requested assembly services at an additional cost, these are hand applied to each invitation. The invitations are then carefully assembled and packaged, ready for delivery or pickup.

  9. Delivery and Shipping: Depending on the client’s preference, we can arrange for the invitations to be picked up from Tsawwassen or shipped directly to their specified location. We take great care in packaging to ensure that the invitations arrive in perfect condition.

  10. Client Satisfaction: Throughout the entire process, we maintain open communication with the client to address any questions or concerns. Our goal is to exceed their expectations, and we welcome feedback to ensure their complete satisfaction.

Creating wedding invitations is not just a service we provide; it’s an art form that allows us to help our clients capture the beauty and significance of their wedding day in every detail of their invitations.
